We will ensure that the rent is collected at the correct time and issue the arrears letters at the legislated time to ensure that all your rights to evict are maintained. We will organize trades to fix any repairs and will push back on your behalf if we don’t believe the request is appropriate. We also conduct biannual inspections of the property to ensure the tenant is maintaining your property.
