End of Lease

All aspects of the end of lease is managed including ensuring the correct notice is given by the tenants. We have close contact to cleaners who will ensure that the property is deep cleaned so the new tenant can move in straight away. We will proactively ensure that any damage caused by the tenant will be collected with the bond and also manage the repairs free of charge.
