Our Strategy

AirSorter identified that given the proximity to Sydney University the property would be a suitable fit for student accommodation. The property was furnished with basic furniture and leased on a room-by-room basis with all bills covered. Using this strategy, the owners have been able to achieve 50% increase in rental income from the previous traditional long term rental strategy.
