Pre-Leasing

We can assist with getting your property up to the standard to lease. This includes inspecting the property to ensure its up to standard, organizing cleaning and fixing damage in the property. In the case where you would like to lease the property furnished, we will give guidance on what is appropriate and can even organize the furniture/appliances on your behalf.
